We share these details as recommended by the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021 of the Ministry of Commerce.
Placing and confirming orders
- You can order as a guest with your name, mobile number and full address. No account is needed. See how to order.
- An order is confirmed only after our team calls or messages you to check the details.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, the address is incomplete or we cannot reach you. Any advance payment is refunded in full.
- Orders placed after 10 PM are confirmed the next morning.
Products, prices and photos
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.
- We describe every frame, lens and watch as accurately as we can, including size, colour and features such as UV protection or blue cut coating.
- Colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light.
- Discounts and offers are valid only for the stated time and while stock lasts.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. If we ask for an advance through bKash or Nagad, we explain it when confirming your order. Details are on our payment policy page. We will never ask for your PIN or OTP.
Delivery
We usually deliver in 1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 2–3 working days outside Dhaka (up to 5 days in remote areas), within the limits of the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines. The delivery charge is ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳130 for all other areas of Bangladesh. Full details: shipping & delivery policy.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person before paying. You can report a wrong, damaged or faulty product within 3 days of delivery. Where a product page mentions a warranty (for example on watches), that warranty applies as stated. Read the full return & refund policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give a correct name, reachable mobile number and complete address.
- Receive your parcel, or tell us in advance if you need to cancel. Refusing confirmed parcels again and again without a valid reason may stop future cash on delivery orders.
- Do not place fake orders, misuse offers or try to harm the website.
Photos and content
All photos, product descriptions, logos and designs on this website belong to Fashion Express BD or are used with permission. Brand names and logos shown belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for the products we sell as described on this website. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, hartal or courier network problems, but we will always help you find a solution.
Complaints and your consumer rights
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We record every complaint and try to solve it within 72 hours. These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, and you can contact the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (hotline 16121).
