Ordering
How do I place an order?
Open any product, tap অর্ডার করুন (Order Now), enter your name, mobile number and address, and confirm. It takes about one minute. See our step-by-step how to order guide.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order as a guest with just your name, mobile number and address.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
Our team calls or messages you to confirm your order, usually within a few hours between 9 AM and 10 PM.
Can I order on WhatsApp or by phone?
Yes. Send a screenshot or the product name on WhatsApp, or call +880 1409-782954.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, for free until the parcel is handed to the courier. Contact us with your name and mobile number.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 2–3 working days outside Dhaka (up to 5 days in remote areas). Details: shipping & delivery policy.
What is the delivery charge?
৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳130 for the rest of Bangladesh. The charge is shown at checkout.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
How can I track my order?
Use our order tracking page or message us on WhatsApp.
Payment
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, all over Bangladesh. You can check the product before paying. See our payment policy.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. You pay the product price plus the delivery charge shown at checkout. No COD fee.
Will you ever ask for my bKash PIN or OTP?
Never. Do not share your PIN or OTP with anyone who says they are from Fashion Express BD.
Returns & refunds
What if I get a wrong, broken or faulty product?
Return it to the delivery person, or send us a photo within 3 days. We replace it and pay all delivery charges. Read the return & refund policy.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, within 3 days, if it is unused, unscratched and has its original box, case and tags. You pay the delivery charge both ways.
How long does a refund take?
Within 7 working days after we get the item back, to your bKash, Nagad or bank account.

Do your sunglasses have UV protection?
Each product page shows the lens details, such as UV400 or polarized, where available. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are not sure.
What is a blue cut glass?
