Where we deliver
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, from Dhaka and Chattogram to Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal, Rangpur and Mymensingh, through trusted courier partners. Home delivery is available in most areas. In a few remote areas, the courier may ask you to collect the parcel from their nearest office.
Delivery time
After you order, our team calls you to confirm. The parcel is handed to the courier on the same or next working day.

During Eid, public holidays, hartal or bad weather, delivery can take a little longer. We always stay within the time limits of the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021 and keep you updated by phone or WhatsApp.

You choose your delivery area at checkout, and the charge is shown before you confirm your order. No hidden costs. Any free delivery offer is shown clearly on the product or offer banner.
Safe packaging
Every pair of sunglasses and glasses is packed in its case inside a protective box, and watches are packed in their box with padding, so they reach you safely.
Cash on delivery and checking your parcel
- Pay the product price plus delivery charge to the delivery person when your parcel arrives.
- Open and check your product in front of the delivery person before paying.
- If the product is wrong, broken or not as shown, return it to the delivery person and pay only the delivery charge.
- Keep your phone on during delivery day so the courier can reach you.

Track your order
You can check your order status on our order tracking page. For any update, message us on WhatsApp or call +880 1409-782954 with your name and mobile number.
Missed or refused deliveries
- If you miss the courier’s call, they usually try again the next working day.
- If a parcel comes back because the phone was off or the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange delivery again. The delivery charge may apply again.
- Refusing confirmed parcels without a valid reason may stop future cash on delivery orders. See our terms & conditions.
