We want you to love your new sunglasses, glasses or watch. This policy explains when you can return or exchange a product and how refunds work. It follows the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
Check your parcel at delivery
The easiest way to avoid any problem is to open and check the product in front of the delivery person. Check the frame, lenses, hinges and box. If it is wrong, broken or clearly different from the photos, return it right away and pay only the delivery charge. We will send the correct item.
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
If you received the wrong model, wrong colour, or a damaged or faulty product, tell us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo or short video. We cover all delivery charges and send a replacement, or give you a full refund if a replacement is not available.
- Sunglasses and glasses: broken frame, loose hinge, cracked or scratched lens on arrival.
- Watches: not working on arrival, broken glass or strap, missing parts.
Changed your mind?
You can return or exchange a product within 3 days of delivery even if nothing is wrong with it, as long as:
- it is unused and in the same condition you received it, with no scratches or fingerprints on the lenses;
- it comes back with the original box, case, cleaning cloth, tags and any gifts;
- for watches, the protective film and tags are still attached.
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, you pay the delivery charge both ways.
Warranty
Some products, such as certain watches, come with a warranty. When a warranty applies, the product page shows how long it lasts and what it covers. Warranty does not cover damage from drops, water (unless the watch is water-resistant as stated), misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds are sent to your bKash, Nagad or bank account, or by the method you used to pay. We always refund within the 10-day limit set by the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for free any time before your parcel is handed to the courier. Call or WhatsApp us at +880 1409-782954 with your name and mobile number. After dispatch, you can refuse the parcel at the door, but the delivery charge will apply.
Items that cannot be returned
- Products that have been used, worn, scratched, dropped or repaired elsewhere.
- Products without the original box, case, tags or accessories.
- Clearance or final-sale items, when this is clearly shown on the product page.
- Requests made more than 3 days after delivery.
- Custom prescription lenses, because they are made to the power you give us. If the lens is faulty or does not match the power you ordered, we remake it free of charge.
How to request a return or refund
- Contact us within 3 days on WhatsApp, by phone at +880 1409-782954 or through our contact page.
- Share your name, mobile number, product name and a clear photo or video.
- We confirm the return and arrange pickup, or tell you where to send the parcel.
- We check the item and send the replacement or process your refund.
